The form collects your name, email address, project type, and brief. Company name and budget are optional. Call requests also collect a preferred date and time, timezone, and an optional alternative time. Standard project enquiries have an optional timing field. It also records when the enquiry was submitted, a reference identifier, and your acknowledgement of this notice.

Please do not submit passwords, medical records, payment-card details, or other sensitive material. The form is for an initial business conversation and does not accept attachments.

Brainbaby Labs uses the information to review your request, discuss a potential project or partnership, and maintain a record of that business conversation. Call preferences help us arrange a conversation and do not reserve an appointment. Enquiry details may be emailed to reach@brainbaby.ai for the team to respond. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Enquiries are stored privately in Brainbaby’s managed Supabase database. Authorised team members can access submitted records; the public website cannot list or retrieve enquiries. Resend processes enquiry details to deliver notifications to reach@brainbaby.ai.

You can email reach@brainbaby.ai to ask about your enquiry, correct submitted information, or request deletion. Include your reference identifier if available. Any information that must be retained for a relevant legal obligation will be explained in response to the request.

The hosting provider processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. External links lead to services with their own privacy practices. This enquiry form does not request access to information inside Brainbaby AI, Lifepack, or your insurance account.
