The form collects your name, email address, project type, and brief. Company name, budget, and timing are optional. It also records when the enquiry was submitted, a reference identifier, and your acknowledgement of this notice.

Please do not submit passwords, medical records, payment-card details, or other sensitive material. The form is for an initial business conversation and does not accept attachments.

Brainbaby Labs uses the information to review your request, discuss a potential project or partnership, and maintain a record of that business conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Enquiries are stored in the site’s managed cloud database provided through Lovable Cloud and Supabase. Access to submitted records is restricted to authorised project administrators; the public website cannot list or retrieve enquiries.

You can email reach@brainbaby.ai to ask about your enquiry, correct submitted information, or request deletion. Include your reference identifier if available. Any information that must be retained for a relevant legal obligation will be explained in response to the request.

The hosting provider processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. External links lead to services with their own privacy practices. This enquiry form does not request access to information inside Brainbaby AI, Lifepack, or your insurance account.
