Lifepack. A potential digital benefit for policyholders.
We aim to work with medical insurance companies to explore Lifepack as a digital health and wellness benefit within eligible policies. Oguzhan Orhan Baylan will lead the dialogues.

A proposition to develop with insurers
Lifepack brings together Sage chat, habit tracking, meal scanning, and health and wellness experiences. The proposed integration would explore access as an included policy benefit, optional addition, or member wellness programme.
The suitable model depends on the insurer’s products and policyholders. This page describes an opportunity for discussion; it does not announce a signed insurer partnership or an available insurance policy.
- Define an eligible member group
- Agree the included product experience
- Plan activation and member support
- Evaluate a bounded initial programme
The proposed member journey
A member would first be informed of eligibility, then receive a clear activation route and an explanation of the included features. The integration design should address account access, support, and what happens when coverage changes or ends.
Access to Lifepack would not automatically mean an insurer receives a member’s health information. Any proposed information sharing needs a separately defined purpose, permissions, and appropriate consent arrangements.
Q4 2026: define the opportunity
The intended focus for October–December 2026 is insurer engagement and integration planning. Oguzhan Orhan Baylan will lead discussions about policyholder needs, commercial structure, and operational responsibilities.
Potential partners can help identify a suitable member group, the desired experience, and the requirements that would determine whether an initial programme is feasible.
Q1 2027: work toward initial programmes
The aim for January–March 2027 is to advance suitable opportunities toward agreed pilots or initial integrations, subject to partner agreements and readiness. The programme design should define success before rollout.
An initial evaluation could examine activation, usability, engagement, and support demand. Clinical outcomes, claims savings, and other financial benefits would require appropriate evidence; none are promised here.
Bring the right questions to the first conversation
Tell us about the policy group, intended markets, existing member channels, and the outcome you want to explore. We can discuss the product experience and the work needed to define an initial programme.
Lifepack’s wellness information supports users and does not replace professional medical care. Specific features, service availability, and responsibilities would be confirmed in the proposed partnership scope.
