Craze City is moving closer to launch. Beta testing has begun, initial gameplay is taking shape and Brainbaby Labs is making substantial progress on the mobile city simulator. We are aiming for a late-December 2026 release.
This is a development milestone and our current release target. Craze City remains in development: the timing depends on the results of testing, the remaining engineering work and the platform review process. Beta testing does not mean that public downloads or immediate access are available to everyone.
Craze City beta testing: putting the city into play
Craze City is being built around the experience of making a life in an open city: create a character, find work, earn money, explore and decide what to do next. Vehicles, property and progression give that city a longer-term purpose.
Testing helps us examine how those pieces connect. The journey from arriving in the city to understanding an objective, completing a task and returning to continue matters as much as an individual feature. That connected player experience is a central focus of the work ahead.
Initial gameplay and visible development progress
The official Craze City site includes real development captures of driving, character customisation and the city environment. Visitors can see streets, the waterfront and locations beyond the city, giving a concrete look at the world under construction.
These captures show work in progress. They sit alongside clearly labelled promotional illustrations and a cinematic introduction. The development gallery is the place to inspect the game itself as the team continues to refine it.
Current development work includes the first player session, missions, interface clarity, driving and world details. Reliability, progression and performance remain important parts of preparing the game for a wider audience.
Aiming for late December 2026
Our target is a late-December 2026 release for the mobile project. The intended platforms are iOS and Android. We will confirm public availability and access details through the official channels as the release approaches.
The remaining work is focused on improving the player experience, resolving issues found in testing and preparing the release candidate. We will use what testing reveals to guide those decisions; a calendar target alone is not a reason to skip work players depend on.

Visit crazecity.com to explore the development gallery and join the official waitlist. Joining the waitlist registers your interest in launch and early-access updates; it does not give immediate access to the game or guarantee a place in the current beta.
Craze City brings our work in mobile development, game systems and infrastructure into a shared world. Alongside the releases of Brainbaby and Baby Astro, it shows the breadth of the products Brainbaby Labs is building and operating. We look forward to sharing more from the city as the next milestones are reached.
