In Cardboom, a collector can open an assistant from the home screen and ask a follow-up without leaving the app. This recorded iOS test shows a question about storing a holo card and the actual response.

Move from a demo to a usable feature
An AI feature needs a place in the user’s workflow. We help define the input, the desired output, the actions the system may take, and what happens when information is missing. That could mean document assistance, conversational interfaces, media creation, or support for an internal process.
The surrounding software matters: permissions, progress indicators, usage limits, stored results, and recovery from failed requests. We design those elements alongside the model integration.

Evaluate the task before expanding usage
We agree representative examples and a definition of acceptable performance. The evaluation should include ambiguous inputs and cases where the system should ask for clarification or decline an action. Quality, latency, and usage cost all influence the design.
For workflows that can change business data, we define access boundaries and approval steps. Model or provider choices follow the task and deployment constraints. Any fine-tuning or specialised training is separately assessed and scoped.

Brainbaby AI is our owned workspace for chat, images, video, documents, and presentations. It offers concrete examples of how different AI outputs can be organised inside one application.
The current product describes multiple AI providers and Baby Engine modes for different tasks. Connected GitHub repositories let users work with code in context, subject to their permissions. A client engagement needs its own task-specific evaluation, rather than relying on a general model label or historical benchmark figures.

Can you add AI to an app we already operate?
Yes, an engagement can start with one existing task. We assess its input, useful output, data access, review steps and failure behavior alongside the app and backend. A first milestone should demonstrate the workflow against representative examples, with quality, latency and usage-cost criteria agreed for that task.
How do you estimate software development cost and timing?
An estimate follows the user roles, workflows, existing systems, integrations and release requirements. Share your brief or current application so we can discuss the unknowns and a first milestone. The written proposal sets out assumptions, exclusions and the process for scope changes; a general price range is not a project quote.
Who owns the source code, designs and service accounts?
The project agreement defines source code, design files, data, accounts and third-party components. Handover should include the context needed to operate and change the system. Hosting, monitoring, maintenance and support responsibilities are scoped explicitly rather than assumed to be included in every build.
